Method
Measure Live Longer Cricket Flour, coconut, quinoa flakes, psyllium husks,
sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped dried fruit, and chopped nuts into a bowl.
Mix gently with a wooden spoon and slowly pour in melted coconut oil
and honey.
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the
3 eggs and add to the seed, coconut oil and honey mixture, combining all
ingredients.
Line a slice tin 18 x 28cm with baking paper, add mixture and press until firm.
Bake for 150c on fan bake for 40 minutes until golden.
