Method
Preheat the oven to 170C and line two trays with baking paper.
Place the almond meal, Live Longer Cricket Flour, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, and flaxseeds into a food processor and blitz until it resembles a rough seed crumb.
Place into a bowl and mix with water, salt and sesame oil.
Divide the mixture into two and press down on the lined trays, rolling them out thinly between 2 sheets of baking paper.
Cut into squares roughly 3cmx3cm
Bake for 20 minutes and then remove from oven.
Turn the crackers over, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until crisp.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
